Shipping + Returns

If you purchased from acnewipeout.com, and for some reason are not fully satisfied with your order, you can return it with a receipt within 30 days and receive a refund (less shipping and handling).

To initiate your return, please email info@acnewipeout.com for a no-hassle return. 

Once you have a return authorization number, ship the item(s) you are returning to;

Be sure to include your return authorization number in your shipment. You do not need to send the original box, just the products (partially used or unused). If you are returning a kit, all of the products must be included. We cannot accept empty bottles or tube returns at this time.

Refunds will be credited within 30 days to the credit card used for the original purchase. 

Items purchased anywhere other than acnewipeout.com must be returned to their original point of purchase in accordance with their respective policy.

Orders received M-F are processed the same day or by the end of the next business day. Orders received on Saturday & Sunday are shipped by Monday or close of business day Tuesday.

Orders received by 10AM PST M-F are shipped on the same business day. 

Acne Wipeout ships to US addresses only. International shipping or billing is not available.  Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico can only ship via air. Orders shipping to APO/FPO & P.O. boxes can only ship via USPS standard shipping.
